No. Energy Smart Incentives is a service provided by DWC Construction. ESI will work with anyone to help get incentives from TVA.
No. There is no cost to have us review your project, identify incentive opportunities, and submit the application on your behalf. We charge a small percentage of the incentive once it is collected. If we file for the incentive and it is not approved by TVA, nothing is owed for our time and services.
A wide range of commercial and industrial projects qualify, including LED lighting upgrades, HVAC equipment replacements, new construction lighting, electric forklift purchases or leases, compressed air upgrades, and custom equipment efficiency projects. If you're unsure, reach out and we'll take a look.
It depends on the program. Fast Track programs like LED lighting can move quickly since no pre-approval is required and applications can be submitted up to 6 months after installation. Programs that require pre-approval need to be started before the project begins. We'll walk you through the timeline for your specific situation.
